Matcha Maple Oatmeal
Start your morning with a heart-healthy bowl of oatmeal! 🍵💚 This recipe is 100% sugar-free and has about 20% of your daily recommended fiber.
rolled or steel-cut oats
Yum Matcha™ packet
Nature’s Flavors™ Maple Syrup
(OR 1 tbsp.
Maple Syrup Powder
+ 5 tbsp. water + ¼ tsp. sea salt)
Naturlax fiber powder
First, combine our Yum Matcha™ powder and oats in a small saucepan (the oats should be evenly coated with a thin layer of matcha powder).
Add milk or a non-dairy alternative, water, and bring to a boil.
As soon as the liquid starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Once the oatmeal reaches the desired thickness, let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
Next, scoop the oatmeal into a bowl, or bowls if you’re sharing.
Finally, drizzle maple syrup over the oatmeal and top with a pinch of
psyllium fiber powder.
NOTE: If you’re using maple syrup powder, pour the maple syrup powder and water into a separate bowl. Thoroughly mix together until the mixture is the texture of syrup, then stir in sea salt.
