Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Stir the oat flour, Yum Matcha packets, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Add the pure maple syrup, soy milk, almond butter, and vanilla extract into the bowl. A ball of 'dough' should begin to form.
Wet hands and press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt them in 20 second intervals to avoid burning. Stir each time.
Pour the melted chocolate over the bars.
Place them in the refrigerator for three hours to chill. Slice them into 10 bars. Enjoy!
