Summer and vacation time is around the corner! So, we created this Yum Matcha Berry Vanilla Smoothie as the perfect start to your summer mornings! This irresistibly delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants and will give you a boost of energy!

Antioxidants and Fiber

Over the last couple years, antioxidants have been a big deal. But do we even know what they are? 

“Antioxidants are molecules that fight free radicals in your body.”

But this doesn’t mean free radicals are entirely bad. With proper levels of free radicals, your immune system uses them to fight off infections. So, only when your free radical levels are much higher than your antioxidant levels does it become a problem. You can read more about free radicals here

Anyways, the berries in this smoothie are full of antioxidants and fiber! They’re sweet little fruits that are amazing for our bodies!

Lavender Matcha Lemonade

Transform a matcha lemonade to the perfect summertime drink with organic lavender syrup.

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Glass Pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 packet Original Matcha
  • 1 Squeeze Lemon
  • 1-2 tbsp Lavender Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Sparkling Water
  • 1/4 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the matcha mixture using water and matcha. Whisk until combined.
  • Using a knife and cutting board, chop the lemon in half and set aside.
  • Place the water, matcha, and lavender syrup into the glass pitcher. Give the ingredients a stir.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and sparkling water.
  • Serve, garnish, and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use any milk alternative you'd like
  • If you'd like a thicker consistency, use less milk.
  • Feel free to swap the Yum Matcha Vanilla flavor with any of our other matcha flavors.
